Every session is designed to reflect your brand, connect with your audience, and provide polished, purposeful visuals for the months ahead. From outfit selection to location scouting, props, and social strategy, we guide you through the entire process.
The Process
SCHEDULE A CHAT
This conversation is designed to learn more about you, your brand, and what you’re building! We’ll discuss your brand identity, target audience, and overall vision, along with reviewing your brand kit (if you have one). You’ll also complete a short questionnaire to help guide the creative direction. This is an introductory call to make sure we’re aligned, exchange ideas, and begin shaping the direction of your shoot.
LET'S CONFIRM DETAILS
From there, we’ll build a clear plan for your session. We’ll finalize locations, creative direction, styling notes, and overall shoot details. During this stage, contracts, invoicing, and scheduling are secured to ensure everything is set for a seamless experience.
PHOTOSHOOT DAY
This is where everything comes together. Your session is guided with intention — from posing and direction to capturing both polished and natural moments that reflect your brand. We move with a balance of structure and flexibility, allowing space for creativity while ensuring we capture a strong variety of imagery. Every detail is considered so you can feel confident, comfortable, and fully present.
GALLERY SELECTION & DELIVERY
After your session, you’ll receive a curated proof gallery to review and select your final images. Each selected image is professionally edited and refined to align with your brand. Your final gallery is delivered digitally, ready for immediate use across your website, social platforms, and marketing materials. You’ll also receive guidance on how to best utilize your images so they work for your brand long after the shoot.

booking + deposit:
A 40% deposit is required to confirm your booking. For sessions booked more than 7 days in advance, the deposit is applied toward your total. For sessions booked within 7 days of the shoot date, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is not applied toward your total.
additional images
Love more than what's included? Additional digital images can be added at $9 per image
travel
Every session includes 30 miles of travel. Mileage beyond that is invoiced at $0.75 per mile, round trip.
turnaround time
Your gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks. Rush delivery is available and may be subject to a fee up to 15%.
cancellations + rescheduling
Cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is welcome for valid circumstances — illness, weather, emergencies — or with at least 7 days notice.
studio sessions
Sessions requiring a studio rental will be added to your invoice separately.
